Admission Tickets
Tickets are valid for one entry to Briarlands Farm.
If you are no longer able to make it on your selected date you are welcome to transfer your tickets to another time. This can be done via your Briarlands Farm Digitickets account or you can call or email us to change.
Refunds will only be issued in the event of the park closing due to unforeseen circumstances i.e. RED met office weather warning or due to power or water failure. Refunds for any other reason will only be given at the discretion of Briarlands Farm Park Ltd, and you should contact the company before your booking to request this.
Tractor Ride Tickets
If you are unable to make your booked Tractor Ride timeslot, we will do our best to swap you to a later time when available. If you believe you will not make your tractor ride slot, please get in touch as soon as you can as refunds will not be issued after the ride has taken place due to the limited availability.
Special Events
For events such as Pumpkin Picking, Bonfire Night, & Christmas on the Farm – these tickets are non-refundable.
Should the event be sold out and we have a waiting list for tickets, if we are able to resell your tickets we can then offer a refund to you.
Alternatively, if you’re looking to swap to another day and space is available, we are happy to move your booking for you!
